Apply to amend a planning permit
If you need to change any planning permit conditions or the approved plans after a permit has been issued, you can apply to us for an amendment to your permit.
Although you don't need to apply for a new permit you will need to discuss your amendment with a Planner prior to taking any of the following steps:
- Visit the website to select and complete our planning permit amendment application form. Information on how to fill in the form is also information available on the same page.
- Lodge your application along with a copy of title full set of plans and fee:
- in person at any of our Customer Service Centres or
- by mail to Statutory Planning City of Greater Geelong PO Box 104 GEELONG VIC 3220 or
- via email to statplanning@geelongcity.vic.gov.au.
