Bookings are essential for all school programs, including workshops, guided tours and self-guided visits.
Schools are requested to book a minimum of four weeks in advance and provide your group size with preferred date time and program. Check our available programs before making your booking.

Maximum capacity is one group/class of up to 26 students per facilitator and two groups/classes can be booked at the same time (Maximum 52 students).
For schools bringing their entire year level or multiple year cohorts you will need book multiple time slots to cover all students. Please email nwmeducation@geelongcity.vic.gov.au to discuss your visit prior to making an online booking.
Options for those groups not at the museum include a self – guided walking tour of Geelong as well as visits to Geelong Heritage Centre Library Gallery or Geelong Botanic Gardens.

All prices quoted include entry fee per student:

A minimum charge for 10 students applies for educator-led programs. Accompanying teachers and supervisors are free at the ratio of 1:10 or 1:4 for preschools.
Teachers can present their VIT card for free entry to the Museum anytime. Conditions apply.
Schools will be invoiced on the day of the visit.
