Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey
Each year the
Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of local councils to
measure the community’s perception of our performance over 12 months.
Our Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey occurs quarterly and involves a total of 600 telephone interviews conducted by an independent research agency.
If you receive a phone call we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback on how we’re performing.
All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.
If you have any questions please contact us or go to statewide survey.
