Council only looks after stormwater drains and pits. Many other drains and pits belong to Telstra, Barwon Water or Powercor.
Please check for any identifying markings on the pit lid before you use the form below.

If you see these markings on the pit covers, contact the companies directly:   
- ‘T‘, ‘NBN‘ or ‘PMG‘,  'Communications'  contact Telstra  or call 13 22 03. 
- 'Sewer' or 'Barwon Water' please contact Barwon Water  or call 1300 656 007. 
- 'Electricity' please contact Powercor  or call 13 24 12.
