The Armstrong Creek Town Centre (ACTC) will include some of the most significant scale and diverse developments across the Armstrong Creek urban growth area.
To facilitate the processing of these developments applications the Urban Growth Zone - Schedule 5 ACTC includes a requirement for applicants to submit a 3D CAD drawing file of their proposed development.
These 3D files enable Council to quickly assess the impact of the proposal against previously approved developments as well as determine any potential issues with future developments within the Precinct.
To assist this process Council has prepared the ACTC - Guidelines for 3D Digital Modelling.
