The ‘Clever and Creative – Our Progress 2019’ report highlights some but not all of the achievements of council local organisations and the community that align with the nine aspirations from the community-led 30-year vision ‘Greater Geelong: A Clever and Creative Future’.

Greater Geelong has proven it’s well on its way to becoming internationally recognised as a ‘clever and creative’ city-region after dozens of programs and initiatives were successfully carried out last year.

The Vision Partner group recognises the immense challenges that currently face our community as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic we believe that the achievements set out in this 2019 report will be a series of stepping stones that can be built upon to assist with our regions long term recovery.
