Cr Kylie Grzybek Windermere Ward;
It’s really important for ward councillors to interact with people from their ward and keep their ears to the ground so to speak so that we understand the issues that matter to the local community.
Having council meetings at convenient locations across the region is part of council’s drive to ensure our meetings are accessible to everyone.
Cr Anthony Aitken Windermere Ward;
Council meetings are a good chance to get involved in local government and learn who is representing your needs.
Everyone is welcome to attend but I particularly encourage residents of Geelong’s north to come along and watch how council comes to its decisions.
