If you want to request an extension of time for your planning permit you can use this form.

  • If a planning permit has been issued and is either:
    due to expire in the next 3 months or
  • has expired less than 6 months from the expiration date (for commencement) or 12 months (for completion)

You can make application to extend your permit (note that you need to meet the current planning scheme requirements if they have changed since your permit was approved - for example: garden area)
