Replace a lost Civic Car Park access card
We can provide a replacement if you lose your Civic Car Park access card.
Call into any of our Customer Service Centres or telephone our Customer Contact Centre as soon as possible during business hours if you lose your access card.
Your lost card will be deactivated and a new card issued.
A fee of $25 will apply.
If you do happen to find your old card later please destroy it or return it to your nearest Customer Service Centre.
