You will need to:

• describe the dog poo bin issue - for example: damage full (needing collection) etc
• advise the location of the issue - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker
• attach an image if relevant and
• if you would like feedback tell us:
• your name
• your contact email or phone

We will investigate and take the necessary action. Full bins will be emptied in the next two - three days. Alternatively you may wish to speak with our Customer Service Team.
