Report a footpath or bike path issue

Let us know of any issues with footpaths, bike paths or shared paths.

Issues could include path damage broken glass trip hazards blocked access no path or poor disability access.

Once we have your report one of our officers will investigate assess the situation and arrange appropriate action as well as respond to you if you choose to notified.

If you believe there is tree root damage to a footpath please contact our Customer Service Team.
We will send an inspector to inspect the footpath issue. We will then prioritise repair works dependent on the severity of the defect. In some instances temporary repairs may be undertaken in the interim as resources or budget allocations allow.
