Report hazard/damage on a nature strip
We will investigate all reports made of unsafe condition,tripping and fire hazards on nature strips and rectify where appropriate.
We are not responsible for tripping hazards or damage on nature strips that has been created by another service provider. These should be directed to the particular service provider.
If it is unknown as to who caused the damage please contact our Customer Service Team.
When you report a tripping hazard or damage to a nature strip you will need to:
- describe the issue
- advise the location of the issue - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker
- attach any images and
- if you would like feedback tell us:
- your name
- your contact email or phone.

If the damage on a nature strip is caused by a service provider the damage should be repaired by the relevant service provider. If it is unknown who caused the damage please report the damage so that we will investigate the matter further.

We have a set policy regarding naturestrips. Please refer to our approved alternative nature strip surface page or contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

No we will not maintain nature strips on a regular basis. On direction from our Fire Prevention Officer we will remove fire hazards. We will only repair safety issues on established nature strips.
