Request bus shelter modifications
If you wish to request a modification/upgrade or structural changes to a bus shelter please contact us.
When you complete our online form to request a bus shelter modification or upgrade you will need to tell us:
- your name and contact details
- the location of the bus shelter
- the modifications/upgrade or changes that you would like to see.
Modifications can be issues such as to allow better vision of an approaching bus or replacing glass with mesh panels due to consistent vandalism.
PTV are responsible for the initial supply and installation of a bus shelter or bus stop.
