Request family day care placement
Family Day Care (FDC) provides children's education and care in the homes of qualified, professional Family Day Care Educators under the guidance and support of a centralised coordination unit.  

You will need to tell us:

  • your name

  • your address

  • contact numbers

  • child/ren name/s and ages

  • suburb or areas where placement would be required

  • days and hours of care required.

We will seek a placement based on your request and advise you as soon as possible.

Please note: all preschool aged children must have a valid Immunisation History Statement prior to commencing with the service.
