Request half-cost fencing contribution
We will contribute half the cost of a standard paling fence to a height of 1.65 metres that abuts our land; that is: carparks and Council land other than public parks or reserves.

To request that we contribute towards your fence abutting a carpark please contact us on 03 5272 4644.

Facilities community buildings halls libraries etc

To request that we contribute towards your fence please:

  • submit two quotes from our preferred suppliers or our existing approved contractors to:

Approval process

Upon receipt of the quotes we will send a letter to you advising of our approval and the name of the approved contractor.

Once you receive our letter you will need to contact the approved fencing contractor to arrange for the works to be carried out at your convenience.

When the fencing works have been completed the fencing contractor will forward an invoice to us for payment of our contribution.
