Request links to your myGeelong account
Once your myGeelong is created, you might not see your ratess and/or pet registrations under the Services heading.

That's okay ... we can link them for you!

It's important to realise that you must be the owner of the properties you request to be linked and the same applies for the pets you want linked.

Request accounts to be linked to myGeelong account  

Please note: once your rates account is linked to your myGeelong account you will be able to reprint your notice yourself.

Requesting your accounts to be linked does not mean you are requesting a rates notice reprint.

  • When you are logged in to myGeelong you will see a tile called newsletter subscriptions. Your latest editions will be listed here and you can click through each one to read the newsletter. Once a new edition is available it will automatically update here. If you want to add or remove a newsletter click on the manage subscriptions link and select or de-select the subscriptions according to your preferences.
  • You can register for a myGeelong account via the registration page. You will need to provide: an email address (this will be your username) a password (this can include upper and lower case letters numbers - you must include a symbol too) security questions and answers. You will then receive a system generated email to complete the account registration process.
  • You are automatically given access to a default set of tiles when you create your myGeelong account.
