Property ownership enquiries - fencing
We can provide the registered owner, managing agent or fencing contractor with property ownership details of the adjoining neighbours for fencing purposes.

As part of the application you must provide proof that you are authorised to make this enquiry on the property owners behalf.

There are three ways to request this information:

  1. online
  2. in person
  3. by mail email or fax

There is a $10 fee to obtain this information.

Processing time

Processing online by mail or email may take between three and five working days.

If you need the information quickly we can provide the information on-the-spot at our Customer Service Centres.

Payment methods

Payment can be made using cash cheque or credit card at our Customer Service Centres.

Please note: All payments made by credit and debit cards will incur a 0.51 percent charge to enable Council to recover the cost of merchant fees charged by financial institutions.
