Planning permits may be required due to a number of situations including things such as the proposed: use of your land development of your land subdivision of your land demolition of a building on your land etc. When you send in your building plans or come into our Wurriki Nyal Street Office we have a look and let you know if this is needed.

Your permit will have conditions about the expiry time. Most permits expire two years from the date of issue unless specified times are included as a condition of the permit.
