Meeting Procedure for Community Asset Committees
Chapter 4 of the Governance Rules.
  1. Introduction

    In this Chapter “Instrument of Delegation” means an instrument of delegation made by the Chief Executive Officer under section 47(1)(b) of the Act.

  2. Meeting Procedure

    Unless anything in the instrument of delegation provides otherwise the conduct of a meeting of a Community Asset Committee is in the discretion of the Community Asset Committee.
