The former home of the Newcomb Senior Citizens Club is now available for hire as a hall and meeting venue.
The venue has an overall capacity of 200 with a main hall and a meeting room which can be divided. The kitchen can service both rooms via a servery.
The venue includes a stage change rooms kitchen heating fans a projector tables and chairs and on site parking.
The hall is home to supported playgroups Tai Chi dance and other community activities.
The hall can be booked for both day and night functions. Not all booking requests are compatible with this hall and should be assessed for suitability by the City of Greater Geelong Booking Office. Noise curfews also apply at this hall. No music is to be played after 7pm weekdays and 9pm on weekends (Friday/Saturday).

The Homestead can cater for up to 100 people, and the chapel can fit approximately 70 (seated) or around 85 (with standing room).
Geelong West Town Hall is a large hall with two separate hire spaces, ideal for large functions as well as smaller meetings.
Located at Tim Hill Recreation Reserve, the Wandana Heights Hall services the local Tennis Club as well as providing a venue for community hire.
