1. Any musical act or public entertainment seeking wishing to perform at the Belmont Market with the sole intention of promoting their band/organisation will be classified as an ‘amusement or attraction’ and must follow the applicable application process.
2. Any musical act or public entertainment seeking to busk at the Belmont Market must adhere to the following:
1. All buskers must enter the Belmont Market as an ‘online casual’ and be placed in an area as directed by Belmont Market staff.
2. Buskers must pay regular rates in accordance with other ‘online casual’ stallholders.
3. All buskers must have in possession a up to date Busking Permit issued by the City.
4. All performers musicians and buskers must adhere to all local state and federal legislation.
3. All musical acts or public entertainment acts including buskers may be rejected at the Venue Managers discretion.
