There a numerous public artworks located along the waterfront trials and could be protected by copyright. You should seek advice or consent from the artists to use images that maybe used for commercial purposes.
Images taken for personal use do not require a permit. Should images be used for commercial use a permit maybe required through applying directly to Film Geelong.

No you do not require a permit to take photos however if you would like your wedding car to pull up onto any of the public spaces you will need to contact us for permission and a permit. If you wish to use a drone/remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) as part of your photography a filming permit will be required.
