The median house price in the City of Greater Geelong for the March 2023 quarter was $759 500 a decrease of 2.6 percent on the previous quarter and an annual decrease of 3.6 percent.
The March quarter median house price in the City of Greater Geelong was 20.5 percent lower than metropolitan Melbournes median house price for the same period.
Over the last 10 years the median house price in the City of Greater Geelong has increased by 97.3 percent or 7.0 percent per annum.
