Our Public Transparency Policy requires us to make available a register of all leases on City owned leased or managed land.

Crown Land

Any lease that is on Crown land where we are the Committee of Management is included in our register.

Licence agreements

A Licence Agreement is a short-term agreement where the Licensee has non-exclusive use. They are not required to be included.

Mooring agreements

Mooring Agreements are not included because they are classed as Licence Agreements.
