There are a range of fees and charges that may apply to land development.
Potential developers should make themselves aware of all these possible costs.
- Consultancy fees - Planning Engineering Surveying etc
- Barwon Water fees
- Council fees that may apply to developments include:
- Planning permit fees
- Engineering fees (checking and supervision) = 3.25% of the value of the Infrastructure costs
- Other Engineering fees
There are fees and charges applied by other organisations that may apply to land development projects including:
- The various consultants involved
- The various utilities such as:
- Water and sewerage
- Electricity
- Telecommunications etc
