Consult with our Planning staff as early as possible in your development proposal plans for help with your planning permit application. Developers are encouraged to arrange a pre-application meeting with Planning Staff to discuss their development proposal.
Many issues may need Investigation such as:
- current planning constraints:
- stormwater management and flooding
- environmental impacts
- social impacts
- business impacts
- traffic and transport impacts
- community infrastructure/open space
- heritage issues.
It is essential that all the constraints to your development are understood defined quantified and solution(s) proposed as part of your application.
