Most of us know that exercising is important for our physical and mental health but more than half of us dont get enough exercise each week.

Why? For many Victorian women a big part of not trying new activities or getting involved in sport is a fear of judgement or not being fit enough to start.

This Girl Can – Victoria inspires women to embrace physical activity in a way that suits them.

This means getting active whenever wherever and however you can. Whether thats a walk around the block or a few laps of the pool figure out what feels good and get some more movement in your day.
