Infrastructure Design Manual
The Infrastructure Design Manual (IDM) was designed to clearly document and standardise our requirements for the design and development of municipal infrastructure.

No we will not maintain nature strips on a regular basis. On direction from our Fire Prevention Officer we will remove fire hazards. We will only repair safety issues on established nature strips.

We are responsible for maintaining the tree and every effort is made to establish the tree within the first two years after planting so that it can survive on its own. Any additional watering conducted by residents which are in accordance with current water restrictions is welcomed and greatly appreciated.

If the damage on a nature strip is caused by a service provider the damage should be repaired by the relevant service provider. If it is unknown who caused the damage please report the damage so that we will investigate the matter further.
