Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee
This committee is a multi-agency committee that develops and maintains a plan that addresses emergencies within the municipal footprint.
Fire hazard inspections - schedule and information
We undertake fire inspections of the entire municipality annually. Starting dates may alter from year to year. currently under review

Municipal Emergency Management Officer
Council has a legislated responsibility to appoint a Municipal Emergency Management Officer (MEMO) who will coordinate Council's planning for and response to emergencies within the City of Greater Geelong.
