We run our seasons in accordance with the Determination of Seasons Act.

Season booking

Seasonal allocations will be made through:

  • Summer – 1 October to 31 March
  • Winter – 1 April to 30 September.

Winter allocations will be called for in January/February of each year with confirmation of allocation to be sent to clubs in March. Seasonal summer allocations will be called for in July/August of each year with confirmation of allocation to be sent to clubs in September.

Fair Play

The City give clubs use of facilities at a significantly subsidised rate. The fees charged are used to cover the actual cost of maintaining sports grounds and pavilions in in line with our Fair Play Strategy. Clubs will be invoiced once all seasonal allocation applications have been received. For more information regarding fees and charges the Fair Play Strategy can be viewed below.
