Food and Health Registration renewals
All food and health renewals are sent out annually, in November/December of each year for registration of the following calendar year.

The renewal notices are on the first page of the document and the Certificate of Registration is on the second page.

The Certificate of Registration usually becomes valid upon payment.

From the time the notices are emailed out you generally have at least 4 weeks to make full payment.

2023 registration

The renewals are emailed to the registered proprietor. So it is imperative that we have your current email address. You can advise us of your current business email address through contact us.

If you havent received your Renewal statement and Certificate by the end of January 2023 please contact us.

If you have sold your business you will need to arrange for the business to be taken out of your name.

You can apply for the transfer of a Health business under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act.
